Spend some time visiting famous places that tourists might visit.  From the parks to the museums, you can discover what is available around you.  Whatever you do, don’t just stay in your apartment home with the doors locked.  Don’t expect things to happen to quickly, but the more you get out, the more you will feel at home.

Get Back To Your Routine

The faster you can get back to business as usual will help you settle in quickly too. So if you workout or have some activities you enjoy, make sure they are included in your daily routines.  This will help you meet new people.
