To Receive your $100 rebate:
* Sign a lease term for 12 months or longer.
* Include "Houston1Apartments or RentXYZ" and the name of the agent that assisted the customer on all guest cards and lease applications.
* RentXYZ reserves the right to issued a reduced rebate based upon total referral from property.
* If you have met the qualifications please send a self addressed stamped envelope to

To Receive your $50 rebate:
* Sign a lease term for 6-11 months.
* Include "Houston1Apartments" or "RentXYZ" and the name of the agent that assisted the customer on all guest cards and lease applications.
* If total commissions received from the property are less than $301, a $30 rebate will be issued to the client
* If you have met the qualifications please send a self addressed stamped envelope to

Disclaimer
1) No rebate will be issued when Houston1Apartments, RentXYZ total referral fee is less than $101.
2) You must not break your lease.
3) You must not be moving from a sister property or be considered a "transfer" or transferring from within the same property.
4) The property must have been referred to you by one of our licensed agents or from our apartment website.
5) You will be paid after RentXYZ has been paid on the lease.
